CB Richard Ellis announced that Internet Marketing SEO, Inc. has leased 7,962 square feet of class A office space at 10620 Treena Street in Scripps Ranch.
The 65 month lease is valued at approximately $1,000,000, and brings the property to just under 40% leased.

Spec suites are under construction at the property in sizes ranging from 2,100 to 8,000 square feet, with delivery scheduled for fall of 2011. Planned amenities include a fitness center and shared conference facility, which will complement the existing putting green, horse shoe pit and basketball court. Property management and ownership will be on-site once the planned amenities are complete.

"As a rapidly growing firm we feel that Cush Plaza's brand new Class A office environment will impress clients and enable us to attract and retain the best talent," said Brandon Fishman, President of Internet Marketing SEO, "I'm sure that our employees will enjoy the nearby shopping and restaurants, and the easy access to Interstate 15."

Jeb Bakke and Ryan Egli of CB Richard Ellis represented the property owner, Treena Properties, LLC. Doug Ceresia, CCIM, SIOR, Matt Midura and Josh Buchholz, of NAI San Diego, represented Internet Marketing SEO, Inc.
