Bliss 101 Leases at Pacific Station Featured

Bliss 101 Inc., a retailer of Hawaiian themed clothing, home accessories and gifts, has leased 3,920 square feet of retail space at Pacific Station, 687 S. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas 92024.
Hil Mercado and Lauren Matricardi of CB Richard Ellis represented Bliss 101, Inc. and the lessor, Pacific Station Property LLC. The 66-month lease is valued at $854,246

Located on a 1.39-acre lot at the corner of South Coast Highway 101 and West E Street in Encinitas, Pacific Station is a mixed-use project consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet of retail space, 9,000 square feet of professional office space, 47 residential units and two floors of subterranean parking. The living units consist of two-story townhomes, two-story lofts and single-story flats ranging from approximately 600 to 2,400 square feet.

The Bliss 101 lease leaves one 1,500 square foot retail suite available for lease. Other project tenants include Whole Foods, Urban Solace, as well as clothing stores Icons and Twirl.
