Pfenex Inc. Leases Space in Sorrento Mesa Featured

Pfenex Inc. has leased the 22,833 square foot industrial flex building at 10790 Roselle Street in San Diego's Sorrento Mesa submarket. The 10-year lease is valued at $3,604,870.
The building is located in Roselle Technology Park, a four-building, 91,883 square foot industrial park located immediately off I-5 at the Sorrento Valley Road exit. The lease brings the project to 96 percent leased with one suite totaling 3,700 square feet available for lease. Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Westcore Properties. Dave Marino of Irving Hughes represented Pfenex Inc.
