The Summit Rancho Bernardo campus is prominently located on a plateau above I-15 with unprecedented views and immediate access to major freeways, retail and residential neighborhoods. The 105 acre office, corporate headquarters and technology campus features over 900,000 square feet of industrial flex and office space and is the former home of high-tech companies including Hewlett Packard and Sony.
Delivered in warm-shell condition in 2009 by San Francisco-based developer Jay Paul Company, the five-story Class A office tower is the first new building to be developed in the 105-acre Summit Rancho Bernardo project and has earned LEED Gold-certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
According to Jay Paul Company chief operating officer Janette Sammartino, "Summit Rancho Bernardo provides unmatched visibility in the region and we feel the office tower is the perfect complement to a prestigious company like Nokia," Sammartino said. "We are excited to have a company of Nokia's stature move into the project and anchor the Summit Rancho Bernardo campus."
