CB Richard Ellis announced that The Insurance Place Services Inc. renewed its lease for 2,315 square feet of retail space at Tri-City Crossroads Center, 3821 Plaza Drive, Oceanside 92054.

The five-year lease renewal is valued at $248,631. Brad Jones of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, VOC Realty Investments Inc. The Insurance Place Service Inc. represented itself.
