Developed by C.W. Clark Inc. on the former Naval Training Center site in Point Loma, Liberty Station Marketplace includes 150,000 square feet of retail and office space. The Real Estate of the Pacific lease brings the retail component to 85 percent occupancy with three suites totaling 21,000 square feet available for lease.
Other Liberty Station Marketplace tenants include Vons, Trader Joes, Sammy's Woodfired Pizza and Panera Bread. Real Estate of the Pacific is an affiliate of Windermere Pacific Coast Properties.
