CB Richard Ellis announced that LifeCare Solutions Inc. expanded into a total of 35,840 square feet at 10115-10119 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego 92131. The 60-month expansion and renewal is valued at $2,443,160.

Bill Dolan and Chris Pascale of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, HG Fenton Company . Jeff Saywitz of The Saywitz Company represented LifeCare Solutions Inc.

The space is located in Scripps Ranch Business Center, a six-building, 158,818 square foot project. LifeCare Solutions Inc. is expanding from 24,406 square feet to lease the entire 35,840 square foot industrial flex building.

LifeCare Solutions Inc. is a provider of integrated home healthcare products and services including respiratory therapy, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea products, respiratory drugs, nutritional products, including enteral and parenteral nutrition, infusion therapy and home medical equipment.
