Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. leased 36,488 square feet at 9242 Lightwave Ave. for five years taking the building's entire second floor and a portion of the first floor.
San Diego Eye Bank leased 9,120 square feet for nine years and the State of California leased 18,000 square feet for nine years. Both the San Diego Eye Bank and the State of California leased space at 9246 Lightwave Ave.

Spectrum Corporate Plaza was developed on 6.4 acres by Fowler Property Acquisitions in early 2008 and was purchased by the current owner, San Diego Spectrum Office LP.
