The Argen Corporation Leases San Diego Warehouse Space

CB Richard Ellis announced that The Argen Corporation leased 3,200 square feet of warehouse space at 6875 Nancy Ridge Drive, Suite D, San Diego 92121.
The three-year lease is valued at $100,896. Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Champion Pacific. Marc Lipschitz of Voit Commercial represented the lessee, The Argen Corporation. The Argen Corporation is the nation's largest manufacturer of precious metal alloys for the dental industry.
