BOMA San Diego Green Luncheon to Address Carbon Offsets, Green Retrofits Featured

The Building Owners and Managers Association of San Diego is holding a "Green Luncheon" to address multiple aspects of the green industry including advocacy, financing and green leasing opportunities.
Matt Ellis, Director of CB Richard Ellis' Carbon Services, will speak regarding the drivers of the green building phenomena and its implications for real estate professionals and Courtland Weisleder, president of Greener Dawn, Inc., will speak regarding methodology that will enhance the financial performance of your commercial asset through sustainable green retrofits.

The luncheon will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, March 9, at the Marriott Courtyard in Mission Valley, 595 Hotel Circle South, San Diego 92108. BOMA San Diego currently has approximately 300 members and is comprised of commercial building owners and managers and their related service providers.
